The King, Queen Máxima, and the Princess of Orange started their journey on Bonaire. During their meeting last Saturday with various residents of Bonaire at Mangazina di Rei, they got a fantastic impression of Bonaire’s cultural heritage. Mangazina di Rei develops projects over the years with PBCCG funding. For instance, they initiated Leerorkest Bonaire with PBCCG support. Leerorkest performed for the royal family during this visit. PBCCG was represented by chairman Halder Lam, who spoke on behalf of the Caribbean Foundation. The visit of the Royal Family is dedicated to the introduction of the Princess of Orange to the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
